Currently finishing an extensive renovation, Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is one of the oldest (1890) modern hotels in the Netherlands. This iconic monument is transforming into a sophisticated, modern gem, nearly ready for the Grand Opening in September.

Main role and objectives:
As a Cocktailshaker & Bartender you will be part of the enthusiastic Bar Team. You love to create the best cocktails and drinks with a big smile, including advising the guests on beverage choices. You also like to use your creativity to create new delicious drinks.



Job role responsibilities:

·         Make our bar the best hotel bar in town by consistently offering an outstanding service

·         Anticipate guest’s needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance guest’s satisfaction

·         Ensure a high level of general knowledge about bar service techniques, all bar menu items like drinks, cocktails, liquors and speciality items offered in the bar department

·         Prepare the mise en place


What we are looking for:

·         Someone who is enthusiastic, pro active and has a passion for drinks, cocktails and liquors

·         Guest- and service oriented

·         Able to run a busy bar

·         Good command of English language (preferably also Dutch)

·         Experience as a Bartender and/or in F&B service

·         Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays (flexibility)
